Understanding Your Biorhythm Chart

The chart above shows your unique biological cycles over a 30 day period. The midpoint of the chart represents today. Days to the left of the midpoint have past. Days to the right of the midpoint are in the future.

The blue line is a graphic display of your physical cycle during the period. The aqua line is a graphic display of other person's physical cycle over the same period. The physical self measurement is an indicator of your levels. You can compare your current energy level with that of the others by noting where each is at any point during the period measured. A physical cycle line near the bottom indicates the person is at a point where they are relatively low on energy. A line that is high on the chart indicates the person is as energetic as they get. 

The red line represents your emotional cycle during the period charted. The purple line is a graphic display of other person's emotional cycle over the same period. When a person's emotional cycle line is near the top of the chart they are at their strongest emotionally. Their outlook on life tends to be at its best and their interactions with others are more likely to be positive. Low points on their emotional line indicate times when they may need to retreat some. They are more likely to be depressed during these times. High points indicate times when they will enjoy the company of others and find expressing their feelings the easiest.

The green line represents your intellectual cycle during the period charted. The yellow line is a graphic display of other person's intellectual cycle over the same period. When the intellectual line is near the top of the chart a person's mental faculties are at there sharpest. This is the time for them to seek solutions requiring logic and analysis. Conversely, at those times when the intellectual line is near the bottom of the chart their mental capabilities are at their lowest. They might find it prudent to delay work requiring serious thought until they reach a higher position in their cycle.

The lavender line follows the flux in your level of self-awareness. The orange line traces the flux of the other person's self-awareness cycle. When someone's self-awareness line is near the top of the chart they are most in tune with themselves. During these periods they are open to profound moments of self discovery. When the self-awareness line is near the bottom of the chart their connection to their inner-self is much weaker.

The light green line travels the ebb and flow of your spiritual sensitivity. The yellow line plots the change of the other person's spiritual sensitivity. When a person's spiritual sensitivity line is at the top of the chart they are very in tune with their spiritual self. At these times they may reach new heights religiously or experience intense mystical experiences. During periods when the spiritual sensitivity line is near the bottom of the chart they are not particularly in sync with the spiritual side of life.

The light blue line charts your varying intuitive strength at different points during the cycle. The pink line traces the intuitive cycle of the other person. When the intuitive strength line is near the top a person's powers of intuition are at there strongest. During these times they might even experience moments of serendipity or display psychic ability. These high points are times when they should be more willing to trust their hunches. When the intuitive cycle line is near the bottom of the chart a person's intuitive powers are at their lowest. At these times they might want to shy away from from making decisions because "they just know" and rely on a more analytical approach to decision making.

The aqua line traces your aesthetic powers through the charted period. The tan line traces the aesthetic cycle of the other person.
